In the fall of 2017 Muscle Monkey Grill teamed up with Louisville's premeir meal prep company Macroman Meals. We began selling high quality grab and go healthy meals as well as offering pick up locations for online orders. It was an immediate success, We continue to sell out our meals on a weekly basis. Meals are delivered freshly made every Saturday morning. Come try some today!

In August of 2018 we introduced our high protein low carb chicken crust personal pizzas. Perfect for the KETO life style. They instantly became a customer favorite. With such a high demand we rarely have them in stock but customers can contact us to place an order and it will be ready for pick up the next day.
